We are often asked to describe how the E-Z Fill® Process works to prospects. To make your job easier, please find attached a cd that has two video clips; one showing a simulated profile being filled using two sizes of clear plastic tubes and the other of an actual profile being filled.
Simulated Foam Filling
In the first part of the simulated video clip, you can see the larger tube being filled. Observe that the liquid foam reaches the end of the tube, reacts and rises toward to the fill end completely filling the tube. The second tube is smaller and the foam reaches somewhere in the center, reacts and expands in both directions completely filling the profile.
Actual Foam Filling
The second video clip shows a 21 ft profile that has just been injected with liquid foam and the curing foam being expelled out the fill end.
